Magna Carta held the first Molecular Gastronomy Workshop in an effort to immerse chefs in Molecular Gastronomy as well as to get to know SOCCHEF. The workshop consisted of 3 groups and the attendees had the opportunity to see applications of the products belonging to this category. The people of SOCCHEF were close to us to give ideas, to solve questions and with their tips to direct the guest chefs in the correct selection & use of molecular products.
