Ingredients for 1 portion:
- Lamb chops cut in the french technic 3 pieces (240 grams)
- Spice oil Green herbs – garlic 25 grams for the marinade & 15 grams for the dip
- Fregola Sarda piccola 100 grams
- Semi-dried cherry tomatoes 20 grams
- Spicemix del Mondo Mediterrane 15 grams
- Sea Salt (coarse) 5 grams
- White wine 10ml
Preparation Time:20 minutes
Method:
- Portion the lamb chops
- Marinade with Spice oil Green herbs – garlic and let them sit in the marinade
- Boil the fregola piccola for 6 minutes
- Sauté the Semi-dried cherry tomatoes along with the Spicemix del Mondo Mediterrane
- Add the fregola piccola and finish with the white wine
- Bake the lamb chops
- Decorate the plate with coarse sea salt, Spicemix del Mondo Mediterrane and the 15 grams of Spice oil Green herbs – garlic
