Lamb chops à la Med

Ingredients for 1 portion:

  1. Lamb chops cut in the french technic 3 pieces (240 grams)
  2. Spice oil Green herbs – garlic 25 grams for the marinade & 15 grams for the dip
  3. Fregola Sarda piccola 100 grams
  4. Semi-dried cherry tomatoes 20 grams
  5. Spicemix del Mondo Mediterrane 15 grams
  6. Sea Salt (coarse) 5 grams
  7. White wine 10ml

Preparation Time:20 minutes


  1. Portion the lamb chops
  2. Marinade with Spice oil Green herbs – garlic and let them sit in the marinade
  3. Boil the fregola piccola for 6 minutes
  4. Sauté the Semi-dried cherry tomatoes along with the Spicemix del Mondo Mediterrane
  5. Add the fregola piccola and finish with the white wine
  6. Bake the lamb chops
  7. Decorate the plate with coarse sea salt, Spicemix del Mondo Mediterrane and the 15 grams of Spice oil Green herbs – garlic
