Sheftalia

Ingredients for 1 portion:

  1. Sheftalia
  2. Chickpeas
  3. For the Creams
  4. For tuile

Instructions:

  1. For the Sheftalia
    • Knead the minced meat with all the ingredients.
    • Wrap in sets, in two equal parts.
  2. For the chickpeas
    • Sauté the onion in a spoonful of olive oil.
    • Add the variety of 8 kinds of mushrooms.
    • Stir and add the white wine.
    • Add the chickpeas and leave them for 10 minutes.
  3. For the sauces
    • In a hand mixer put the egg yolk, a spoonful of natural lemon juice, the rosolata and blend them. Then add the sunflower oil.
    • In a hand mixer put the egg yolk, a spoonful of natural lemon juice, the black garlic paste, 50ml of sunflower oil and add some mayonnaise.
  4. For the tuile
    • Blend all the ingredients together.
  5. Put a non-stick pan on the fire to burn and add a spoonful of the mixture we made.
