Tikka Masala Chicken with Basmati and yoghurt sauce

Ingredients for 2 portions:

  1. 4 frenched chicken thighs 80 grams
  2. Basmati Rice 100 grams
  3. 1/2 dry onion
  4. 1 clove of garlic
  5. Roasted and Spiced Coconut with Peanut 50 grams
  6. Kumar’s indian tikka masala paste  150 grams
  7. Peperonata 50 grams
  8. Strained yoghurt 100 grams
  9. Spicemix del Mondo Piri Piri 80 grams
  10. Natural Lemon Juice 100%  preferably
  11. Sweet Drop Red Pepper  preferably
  12. Sweet Yellow Pepper Drop preferably
  13. Fresh Coriander preferably
  14. Zest of 1 lime
  15. White Wine 50ml
  16. Vegetable broth 150ml
  17. Dairy cream 50ml
  18. Cornpie 16 cm

Preparation Time:20 minutes


  1. For the Basmati Rice
    1. Saute the onion, the garlic, the Roasted and Spiced Coconut with Peanut and the Basmati Rice.
    2. Stop the heat by pouring wine.
    3. Add the vegetable broth and let it boil.
  2. For the souvlakia
    1. Marinate the fillets with  piri piri.
    2. Put them in skewers with  the Peperonata and let them in high heat till they are done.
  3. For the Tikka masala dressing
    1. Put in a bowl the Indian Tikka masala Paste, the dairy cream , a little bit of yoghurt and mix them till they become homogenious.
  4. For the yoghurt sauce
    1. Put the yoghurt, the  Natural Lemon Juice 100%, the zest of 1 lime, a little bit of coriander, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Decorate the dish  with Tikka masala dressing,fresh coriander, Sweet Drops of Red and  Yellow Pepper.
