What The Hell(ι)

Ingredients for 1 portions:

  1. 120 γρ. Eel (from Arta)
  2. 8 gr. Seaweed chips spicy sushi (purple)
  3. 8 gr. Seaweed chips sweet chili & crab (red)
  4. 8 gr. Seaweed chips original (green)
  5. 4 ml Grape seed oil
  6. 3 gr. Panca chili paste
  7. 6 gr. Pear mustard
  8. 3 gr. Raspberry vinegar
  9. 20 gr. Friarielli
  10. 60 gr. Broccoli

Instructions:

  1. Take 2-3 chips from each one of them, break them and place them in the dish.
  2. Cut the eel in slices and use a camp stove to burn it.
  3. Boil the broccoli roots and then burn them with a camp stove.
  4. Boil the eel in the dish.
  5. Pour the grape oil on the top.
  6. Add the rest of the ingredients on the dish in order to decorate it.
