Ingredients for 2 people:
- 2 pcs. Pinsa
- 2 Eggs
- 2 pcs Mozzarella buratta
- 150 gr. Mortadella in slices
- 180 gr. Pistachio cream
- 60 gr. Rocket cream
- 30 gr. Crumble bacon
- 10 ml. Λάδι από Chia
- 120 gr. Fresh tomato partly dried
- 5 gr. Penja white pepper
- Fleur de sel
Instructions:
- In a mixer, add the pistachio cream and rocket cream and beat until they become homogenous.
- Brush the mixture over the pinsa after baking at 180 for about 6 minutes.
- Add the sunny up egg, bologna, mozzarella, fresh tomato, partially grated tomato and bacon crumble.
- Finally, drizzle with chia oil and finish with white Penja pepper.
