Preparation time: 30 minutes & execution time: 10 minutes
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 350 gr. Crab crump
- Leaf of a baby gem
- 100 gr. Chopped celery
- 50 ml. Olive oil
- 20 ml. Lime juice
- 120 gr. Tartar sauce
- 30 gr. Green apple-honey vinegar
- 5 gr. Timur berry
- 5 gr. Fleur de sel with vanilla
- 80 gr. Sun dried cherry tomatoes
- 35 gr. Spicemix Tex Mex
- 20 gr. Sesame with wasabi
- 25 gr. Spicemix del mondo Mediterrane
- Crushed ice for the final stage
Instructions:
- In a big bowl, add the tartar sauce and green apple-honey vinegar, mix and then add the olive oil and lime juice.
- In a second bowl place the crab crump, the sun-dried cherry tomatoes, the spice mix del mondo mediterrane, the chopped celery and fleur de sel with vanilla. Finally, add the timur berry after roasting it for a minute in a hot pan.
- Combine the ingredients from the two bowls and fill the baby gem leaves. Finally, season with Tex-Mex and sesame seeds with wasabi.
- Serve in a bowl with crushed ice.
